The Great Divide

The awesome Rocky Mountains of Canada are also referred to as the 'Great Divide'. This collection of images were taken in the Jasper area in sub-zero tempratures.

I was walking around listening to the piano version of a song called 'Possession' by Sarah McLachlan. The words were echoing around my mind as I took in the scenery and thought of my love affair with nature. The coldness of her air was taking my breath away while, at the same time, filling me with wonder as I watched the wind whisper fresh snow off the ridges on the mountains. It made me consider how easy my love of nature could result in my drifting away from this plane.
